Baby Sleep Classes

Mom & Baby Sleep | On the Canopie App

It's incredibly common for expecting mamas and parents to struggle with sleep, feeding, relationships, identity, bonding and much more.

When you download Canopie, it will ask you a few questions to understand more about your struggles.

Canopie uses your responses to create a program tailored to your particular needs. It uses evidence based therapeutic techniques proven to help new and expecting parents feel better.

Listen to your Canopie program anytime, anywhere to learn and practice techniques to manage stress, anxious thoughts, and low mood.

Explore additional sessions focused on some of the most common challenges new mamas and parents face…

Including the 1hr Mom & Baby Sleep Class yours truly teaches over on Canopie— 1 to 2 times per month. I teach the basics of sleep as a foundation to understanding how to navigate your baby’s sleep postpartum and your own sleep during your pregnancy and beyond. And if after the class, you’re still left with some burning questions…

I also offer an office hour session every other week, where I provide a whole hour just for Q&A. During my office hour you can ask any pressing questions about baby sleep, receive individualized and practical evidenced based tips and strategies to help you tackle your concerns confidently, and feel supported by myself and other mamas on the call going through it too. Come back and join my office hour sessions as many times as you’d like!
